聯華照明有限公司為台資企業,1965年在臺灣成立華達行股份有限公司；1989年投資于泰國曼谷地區，成立了Chiewei Lighting Co., Ltd；1992年在廣東省東莞市長安鎮投資，成立華達行電器廠，2000年改名為傑威照明有限公司；2005年公司進行重組後,在東莞石排鎮成立聯華照明有限公司，並與韓國金剛公司合作,成功收購了天津德宇公司，形成了以生產燈絲/電器燈泡為主的大型生產企業。
